The plan can only be achieved if it is coordinated and aligned across organisations that are invested and mandated to deliver a positive impact on the city by 2045.

The plan is a partnership project between the Council, the private and public sectors, and our residents.

The Plan

The plan is being delivered by five working groups that build upon existing networks and established groups.

The working groups’ role is to shape, influence, advise, challenge, champion and coordinate the physical development of the city to meet the objectives of the One City Plan.

Each group is chaired by a lead partner and includes relevant individuals, organisations, partners and Council representatives.
